Dr. Robert Otto Becker, MD, has given us ample opportunity to experiment with his technique for stimulating regeneration within any vertebrate, including ourselves, in his patent and in his book, "The Body Electric", with the only caveat that no hair will return if there was any to begin with in the affected area. But otherwise, the tissue - both hard and soft - will be in better shape than whatever it is replacing: it will have less collagen (exhibiting less age) and more proto-stem cells (exhibiting greater youth). And, unlike Wikipedia's treatment of Becker's findings, fingerprints and nails return whole and intact. But Becker's government funds terminated the instant he and his associate criticized our AC power distribution system for its unhealthy character to all biomass living in its vicinity. That was 1980.
So, where do I stand? I want to regenerate a foreskin, but I'm no surgeon. Becker was an orthopedic surgeon and professor of same in Syracuse, New York. I'm just a do it yourself homemaker trying to figure this out. Becker never attempted to regenerate a foreskin - so far as I know. So, I'm left wondering: "How do I proceed without risking adverse reactions such as profuse bleeding, or worse: no results?" Here is my best guess: periodically aggravate the area of the frenulum with very hot cayenne pepper (Becker called it: debridement) and provide the area beneath the corona of the penis with proper nutrition, namely: silver and MSM, to foster regeneration of the foreskin.
